1) Purpose of the Application

GigPapers is a digital organization tool designed to help musicians, performers, and bands manage show-related materials such as lyrics, chords, charts, audio files, and external links. The platform supports collaboration among team members for upcoming performances. The sole purpose of ths application is to store your music related material and URL links and all user uploads shall be limited to only that purpose.

2) User Responsibility & Copyright Compliance

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, store, link, or share using GigPapers.com. You agree that you will not knowingly upload, store, or distribute copyrighted material unless you own the rights to that material or have written permission from the copyright owner.

GigPapers LLC does not grant permission to use copyrighted works owned by third parties. Any such use must comply with applicable copyright laws.

3) User-Uploaded Content

  • You retain ownership of content you upload.
  • You grant GigPapers LLC a limited license to store and display the music related content you have uploaded solely to operate the service.
  • GigPapers LLC does not claim ownership of your uploaded files or links.

4) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
  • Upload pornographic material or URL links that lead to websites containing pornography

5) Account Suspension & Termination

GigPapers LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, the DMCA Policy, or applicable laws, including accounts identified as repeat copyright infringers.

GigPapers LLC complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Copyright owners may submit takedown notices as described in the DMCA Policy.

7) Disclaimer of Warranties

GigPapers web application is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, or suitability for any purpose. Users are always encouraged to maintain a back up paper copy of material during actual performance since many factors beyond the resonable control of GigPapers LLC could hinder ready availability of digital material at the time of a performance.

8) Limitation of Liability

GigPapers LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of data, unauthorized access, or copyright disputes related to user-uploaded content.

9) Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance of any changes.
