Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice & Takedown Procedure

If you believe that material you uploaded was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- Identification of the removed/disabled material and where it appeared before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the appropriate courts
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, GigPapers.com may restore the material unless the copyright owner files a court action.
