Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice & Takedown Procedure

3) Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you uploaded was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including:

  • Identification of the removed/disabled material and where it appeared before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the appropriate courts
  • Your physical or electronic signature

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, GigPapers.com may restore the material unless the copyright owner files a court action.


4) Repeat Infringer Policy

GigPapers.com may suspend or terminate user accounts determined to be repeat infringers, consistent with applicable law.


5) Disclaimer

GigPapers.com does not actively monitor user-uploaded content and is not responsible for materials uploaded or linked by users. Content is the sole responsibility of the user who uploads or links it.
