About GigPapers
A focused workspace designed primarily for music bands, music schools, and individual performers to organize show and lesson materials, manage setlists, and collaborate with ease.
What GigPapers is built for
GigPapers helps musicians and performers prepare for live shows, rehearsals, and lessons by keeping everything you need in one place: lyrics, chords, charts, MP3s, and links to tracks like karaoke, originals, and instrumentals. Instead of hunting through folders, emails, and text messages, you open GigPapers and your material is ready.
The problem we solve
Most performers store show and lesson materials across scattered tools: notes apps for lyrics, cloud drives for PDFs, YouTube links in messages, MP3s in folders, and setlists in spreadsheets. That approach works—until it’s time to rehearse, teach, or perform.
GigPapers brings these pieces together into a single, purpose-built workflow so you can spend less time searching and more time practicing, teaching, and performing.
A shared challenge across bands and music schools
One of the biggest challenges for music bands is keeping performers organized and prepared in the most efficient manner. Setlists change, files are scattered, and performers often arrive at rehearsals or shows with different versions of lyrics, charts, or tracks.
Music schools and instructors face a very similar challenge. Keeping students organized with lesson papers, practice material, and reference tracks can quickly become overwhelming—especially as the number of students grows.
GigPapers breaks this barrier. By centralizing songs, lesson material, setlists, and shared resources into one structured workspace, everyone—band members or students—knows exactly where to go and what to use.
Core features
Song Library
Build a reusable library of songs with attached files and links—lyrics, chords, charts, MP3s, and track URLs—so each new show or lesson can be assembled quickly.
Show & Lesson Setlists
Create show- or lesson-specific setlists from your library and arrange the sequence exactly as it will be performed or taught.
Team Sharing
Assign a team to a show or lesson and share materials with bandmates or students—without messy back-and-forth or duplicated files.
Personalized View
Each user can customize what they see. Guitarists may focus on chords, vocalists on lyrics, instructors on lesson flow, and karaoke singers on track links.
How teams work
Teams represent the group of users who need access to a show’s or lesson’s materials. Once a show (or lesson content) is associated with a team, team members can view the shared setlist and open the files and links they need for rehearsal, learning, and performance.
- One setlist shared with the group
- One source of truth for sequence and materials
- Less confusion on rehearsal day, lesson day, and show day
Primary beneficiaries
- Music bands – Share one authoritative setlist with all band members and ensure everyone is aligned before rehearsal and performance.
- Music schools & instructors – Distribute lessons, practice material, and reference tracks to students using teams and team codes.
- Individual performers – Organize lyrics, chords, charts, and backing tracks in a single, performance-ready workspace.
